How do I return?

  • Enter your email address, order number and others in the fields above the click submit.
  • You will get a confirmation email once the return request is approved
  • If your request is approved, our customer service will reply to you with the RMA number of your purchase and the return address via email.
  • After you return the item, please send us the tracking number.
  • Once we have received the returned item(s), our customer service will apply the refund in 7-10 working days

What items are returnable?

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please note that we do not provide free return for the product that does not have a manufacturing defect in material, electronics and workmanship.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

What items can be replaced?

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please submit the form abouve and choose “Return and exchange” on Natury of Inquiry field and detailly explain the product issue that you received.

You show us the defect of the product by taking a video, which can speed up our processing so that you can get the replacement product faster.

Our Warranty Terms and Conditions

GFOGAMING products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for 1 years from the original date of receipt. Our sole obligation in the event of such defects during this period is to repair or replace the defective part or product with a comparable part or product at GFOGAMING’s sole discretion. Upon expiration of their respective warranty periods, all GFOGAMING products will receive continuing support through our limited lifetime warranty. The limited lifetime warranty covers labor costs and maintenance with the exclusion of accessories or replacement parts.

If the item stopped production or out of stock, we will offer refund or customer can pay balance to get another one. Refund for any overpayment or a supplemental payment for any deficiency. (Clearance items not enjoy warranty service).
